Send only a sfw ref. NSFW freebie? Nsfw ref allowed.- freebies are artistic freedom unless otherwise specified. this means winners may tell me a little about their character like general style or personality (ie: gothic, athleticwear, exciteable, reserved, etc) but final composition, posing and outfit is all decided by me. Please keep this in mind when entering! all input will be disregarded unless it is an error with the character design/personality that I am making.- free art is posted around my commission work and will get posted on an unclear schedule and timeline at the moment. im sorry for this. i might not respond to inquiries on this topic.- free art is not to be sold.- any OCs drawn in free art raffles should be considered a permanent part of your ocs who you will not be selling.

They may not be cropped and used for profile banners for any other platform without express permission from myself, or in any fashion that removes my watermark/signature(aside from icons)- you may not use the freebie for any commercial use such as stream/video/game/3d assets, ads, prints, or web design without permission.- you may not use freebies with AI/machine learning in any form.- you may not create NFTs from freebies.- I retain creative copyright to my work. I retain the rights to post the art to my online profiles, and use it as advertisement for my streams or commissions. Commissioned artwork is for Personal use only. Commercial usage of a personal licensed piece is considered a breach of copyright. Please message me to discuss obtaining commercial usage rights to a commissioned piece.When sharing the piece, please provide a link back to any of my platforms, where able.Some examples of personal use:

♥ printing to hang in your room
♥ printing as stickers to give to friends at conventions, unaffiliated with a brand.
♥ A decoration in secondlife in a space that does not generate revenue

To be incredibly basic, Commercial use can easily be described as, are you using this in a space that generates revenue? Does my art help to promote you? If so does it fall under Fair Use laws? Typically anywhere that generates revenue is considered Commercial.please DM me if you'd like to discuss and confirm uses on the safe side.Examples of commercial uses:
♥ using my art in advertisements
♥ using my art as textures in 3d modeling or game design, including placing it into 3d spaces that generate revenue (ie secondlife clubs)
♥ brand assets (Streaming decorations, Twitch emotes, web banners, website assets, youtube thumbnails, streaming now advertisements, etc)
♥ this list is not to be considered a complete list of all examples, and breaches of Commercial use TOS may be considered for acts not specifically laid out in this list. ♥
Additional terms, restrictions and sales:♥ Do not feed my art into any AI, LLM, or whatever term pops up next.
♥ Do not create NFTs with my artEdits of my art are disallowed, with exceptions to the following

♥ you may add text, watermarks, filters, as long as they do not interfere with my signature.
♥ if you make changes to my art, please mention as such when you share my pieceselling your oc / bought an oc with art by me?
♥ The commissioned artwork may be included in the sale of the oc and personal use license is considered transferred on purchase.
♥ Commissioned art of an OC you are selling may be used to advertise the sale of only that oc
♥ My art will still be bound by my TOS regardless of who holds the personal use license.

Please provide all necessary info at time of order. any details not included in your order likely cannot be added to the composition or changed when the piece starts.Edits are accepted for mistakes I make in translating the given information to my art. Please take your time approving wips if your commission type receives them, as details approved in previous wips likely will not be able to be changed if requested in later stages. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I have missed information sent in your references, and have drawn your oc with errors. I will strive to correct this.Please note Artistic liberty style commissions are quick paced and heavily inspired. typically there are no wips involved, keep this in mind when ordering. However, If the final piece delivered contains errors in your character that i have misinterpreted from the references, please contact me for corrections.Refunds are considered and the percentage refunded is based on circumstance. if i have failed to meet your timelines, not provided what was ordered, or you need to cancel your in progress order for any reason, please contact me for discussion. Typically refunds will not be granted + processed if the piece is near completion stages, exceptions are allowed based on circumstanceThe rates for refunds that fall within refundable pieces are as follows:

Private and Anonymous CommissionsCommissioned drawings of IRL people will be offered to be kept private and are an exclusion to the below statements.I do not typically do private commissions that i am unable to share to my platforms after completion, though i am open to the idea depending on the case. if your commission must be entirely private, please DM me to dicuss additional terms.Art will be shared to my social media platforms, with credit to the commissioner, Content owners, or Anonymous if requested.
